Prof. S. O. Reza Moheimani presented “Modeling and Control of Z-Dynamics of a Hybrid NFAL–Electromagnetic Platform” at the IEEE/ASME International Conference on Advanced Intelligent Mechatronics in Genova, Italy. Prosanto Biswas and Vikrant Kumar Singh contributed equally to the work.
The paper “Parallel Active Microcantilevers for High-Throughput Atomic Force Microscopy” was accepted in IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics. The work demonstrates simultaneous nanoscale imaging using three independently controlled active MEMS probes.
